Job Overview

Goody Demolition Ltd is looking for an organised, resilient, and proactive Site Labour & Support Coordinator to work alongside our Plant and Waste Managers to ensure the seamless running of our site operations. We need someone who can keep calm when the pressure is on and ensure our team on the ground is safe, qualified, and fully equipped.

The Role
This is a hands-on role requiring strong administrative skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing daily, on-site personnel requirements of agency labour, managing bookings, and acting as the main point of contact.
Ensuring all agency workers hold the relevant, up-to-date qualifications and cards for their roles, in conjunction with the Operations team.
Accurately completing daily registers and weekly time sheets for prompt payroll processing.
Managing the procurement of site supplies, PPE, and safety equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Providing general administrative and operational support to the Plant & Waste Managers.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
Resilient under pressure and capable of managing quick changes in labour requirements, and multiple tasks.
Basic IT and administration skills.
