We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team at our award-winning online showroom in Birchington.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity with excellent earning potential, full training, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a rapidly expanding business.

Our Wellness department primarily focuses on the sales of premium lifestyle products including Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, and Saunas — with exciting new product ranges and opportunities continuously being introduced as the business grows.

This creates a dynamic sales environment where no two days are the same, offering excellent opportunities for ambitious individuals to develop their product knowledge, maximise earnings, and grow within the company.

The Role

As a Wellness Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating sales opportunities, and guiding customers through the buying journey from enquiry to sale.

You’ll work across a range of sales channels including online enquiries, inbound leads, retail opportunities, and promotional campaigns / events — delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers find the right solution.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and motivated by performance and rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers and generate new sales opportunities
Build rapport and confidently guide customers through the sales process
Follow up enquiries and convert interest into deposits and sales
Manage inbound customer enquiries from multiple channels
Support wider sales and promotional activity when required
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the customer journey

What We’re Looking For

Confident and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and people skills
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Motivated by targets, performance, and earning potential
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong team ethic
Willingness to Learn
Industry knowledge / experience preferred but not essential.

Working Hours

4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern
7am – 7pm
Weekend availability required
Salary from £27,758.64
