JOIN COAST at Beachside Holiday Park, Hayle, Cornwall
£14.42 per hour | Paid Weekly | April to September

£250 End of Season Bonus (to/past 19th September)

Spend your summer working steps from the beach in a calm, well-run kitchen that takes pride in simple, quality food.

COAST is a busy coastal restaurant focused on fresh ingredients, clean service, and a strong team culture. We are building a solid brigade for the season and looking for a Chef de Partie who wants to work hard, keep standards high, and enjoy where they work.

What the role looks like

Run your own section with consistency and control
Deliver quality dishes during busy service
Keep standards high across prep, service, and hygiene
Support junior chefs and work closely with the team
Be part of a kitchen that stays organised, even at pace

What we’re looking for

Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
Confident running a section during service
Good food hygiene knowledge and clean working habits
Calm under pressure with a steady approach
Team-focused with a good attitude
Available for the full season (April to September)
