Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Excel, and adobe
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and QuickBooks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated experience in clerical work or administrative support roles
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
