Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker to join our team. The successful candidates will be involved in various aspects of Groundworks

Duties

Operating and maintaining power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Using machinery such as excavators for digging and site preparation
Supporting construction activities on-site, including groundwork preparation
Conducting routine maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure safety and functionality
Ensuring the work area remains clean, safe, and organised at all times

Requirements

Experience or knowledge in Groundworks
Drainage and landscaping, slabs / kerbs knowledge / experience
Physical fitness to undertake manual labour tasks including lifting and digging
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
A valid PERSON (if applicable) or relevant construction safety certification is advantageous
Previous experience in construction is required
