Salary: £28'000 - £34'000 per annum (Dependant on experience)

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Due to a rapid rate of growth, supported by a number of customer base acquisitions, Global 4 is looking

for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Billing & Order Administrator to join our dedicated operations

division.

The successful candidate will act as a key governance checkpoint across our billing and

provisioning workflows, ensuring incoming tickets, orders, and customer queries are accurately triaged,

validated, and processed. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining workflow discipline, data integrity,

and seamless operational excellence.

What will you be doing?

Review, triage, and process incoming billing tickets, credit requests, invoice queries, engineer
charges, and customer disputes.
Provide structured, constructive feedback on incomplete submissions before work is assigned,
helping reduce errors and rework.
Support incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring billing queries are logged, categorised, and
routed accurately.
Monitor overdue, urgent, or high-priority tickets, following defined escalation paths to control
bottlenecks.
Complete low-complexity billing and provisioning tasks, including service ceases, restrictions,
transfers, price plan updates, and order checks.
Validate, reconcile, and correct customer, order, and billing data across internal systems to ensure
timely and accurate billing.
Run Excel reports to highlight data trends, anomalies, and exceptions for the wider billing and
operations teams.
Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, maintaining clear
documentation and ticket notes.

Required Skills & Experience

High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise effectively during busy billing cycles.
Comfortable using structured CRM/PSA platforms (such as Autotask or similar service management
tools).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with basic Excel reporting, sorting, and filtering.
Foundational awareness of telecoms and IT services (e.g. broadband circuits, hosted voice/SIP,
mobiles, billing queries) is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience handling high-volume ticket queues or working within a structured customer
service/admin environment is desirable.
