Loader – Forklift Licence

Location: Smith & Brock
Full-time: Night Shift Saturday night always off, plus another day in rotation Salary: £14 to £15

The role
We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Loader to join our warehouse night team. You'll hold a valid forklift licence and be confident operating machinery safely alongside hands-on picking, packing, and loading duties. If you take pride in accuracy, thrive working nights, and want a role with real stability and progression, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Operating a forklift safely to move, load, and position stock throughout the warehouse
Picking and packing orders accurately and with care
Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring goods are handled correctly and ready for early morning dispatch
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
Working as part of a team to hit nightly targets
Following company procedures and health & safety standards

What we're looking for

A valid forklift licence (counterbalance or reach), this is essential
A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to work at pace
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Available for night shifts
