Job Overview

We are expanding quickly and have sites in Bromley and Central London

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality service delivery.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces in commercial spaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately, ensuring recycling protocols are followed.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable throughout the working shift.
Adhere to organisational policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor polishers or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
