About Us

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead our field lead generation team.

The Role

This is not a hard-closing sales role. Your team will be responsible for generating quality leads by speaking with homeowners, creating interest in our solar solutions, and booking free, no-obligation consultations for our solar specialists.

As the Sales Manager, you'll , train, motivate, and manage a team of door-to-door lead generators, ensuring they consistently achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of door-to-door lead generators.
train, coach, and develop new team members.
Conduct field coaching and accompany team members to improve performance.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Plan canvassing areas and maximise lead generation opportunities.
Motivate the team through incentives, competitions, and ongoing support.
Ensure all team members represent Cozy Home Solutions professionally and ethically.
Report on team performance and identify opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience managing a door-to-door or field sales team.
Experience in lead generation, home improvements, or renewable energy is highly desirable.
A positive, hands-on leadership style.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Highly motivated with a passion for developing successful teams.
Full UK driving licence .
