We're not looking for someone who simply waits for the phone to ring. We want someone who enjoys creating opportunities, having conversations and helping drive the business forward.
Why you'll love working with us:
We're an independent business and we want people to do great work and enjoy doing it. That means creating a workplace where people have the support, trust and freedom to thrive.
- Time to recharge – A paid wellness hour every week if you need it, because looking after yourself is part of doing your best work.
- A team that gets together – Company events, awards evenings, socials and plenty of opportunities to celebrate our successes together.
- Your personality matters – We're not looking for people to fit into a corporate mould. We want you to bring your ideas, personality and experience to the team.
- Be part of something that's growing – We're an ambitious independent agency and this role gives you the opportunity to play a meaningful part in where the business goes next.
- Meet Elvis – Our office mascot, Elvis the cockapoo, and self-appointed Head of Morale. He's always available for cuddles, attention and the occasional distraction.
Ready to join us?
If you're an experienced estate agent who loves helping people move and wants to flourish within an independent growing business, we'd love to hear from you. This isn't a role where you'll be pigeonholed into one part of estate agency. You'll have the opportunity to value properties, win instructions, negotiate sales, build relationships and have a genuine influence on the growth of the business.
We're proud to do things differently for our clients, our local community and each other – and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of what we're building.
Think you could be a great fit? We'd love to meet you.
