Equans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across all Rotherham Schools, based in Wath Academy, S63 7NW on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,476.80 per annum.

Shift Pattern:

Any 8 hours between 6:00am - 22:00pm

Monday to Friday

1hr unpaid lunch

Occasional overtime may be required in order to deliver the services we are contractually obliged to provide

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?

As the Mulli site Caretaker, you will be a key holder and cover all aspects of general site management including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, maintenance of the external site including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between EQUANS and the school. .You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A Full UK Driving Licence
Experience required in a trade or similar role
To have excellent customer service skills
Able to prioritise and work independently
Able to use own initiative
H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height
To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding
