Sales Director

Location: Sheffield (with travel across the UK as required)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About Windowcharm

Windowcharm is a leading commercial interiors business specialising in blinds, curtains, flooring, maintenance and specialist interior solutions. We work with clients across healthcare, education, commercial offices, local authorities and the wider public sector, delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Director to help drive the next stage of our commercial development.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys generating new business while developing and growing existing customer relationships.

Working closely with the Managing Director and business owner, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, winning new clients, managing key accounts and contributing to the ongoing commercial direction of the business.

You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline while becoming a key member of our senior management meetings, helping shape future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities across our target sectors.
Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage and grow key customer accounts.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Attend client meetings, surveys and networking events.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.
Work closely with our estimating, operations and production teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Contribute to monthly management meetings and commercial planning.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Experience managing customer accounts and developing long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach.
The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
A full UK driving licence.

Experience within commercial blinds, flooring, interiors, construction, facilities management or a related industry would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in speaking to talented sales professionals from other sectors with a proven ability to win and grow business.
