Are you a reliable and qualified Gas Service Engineer, experienced in providing high-quality gas installation, maintenance and repair services, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with Gas Safety Regulations and operational procedures. Do you have good customer care skills who enjoys working with people? If yes, we’d like to hear from you.
You will be an experienced gas engineer with strong technical knowledge of gas regulations, working practices and health and safety requirements. You must hold domestic ACS gas qualifications, including CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1, along with an unvented hot water certificate.
Commercial gas qualifications, such as CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1 and TPCP1A, and CMDDA1 carbon monoxide testing/fumes investigation would be desirable, but are not essential.
Housing Solutions provides repairs and maintenance services to the residents of around 8,000 homes in Maidenhead and the surrounding area via our own in-house repairs team. You will be joining a supportive team of gas engineers, plumbers, electricians and multi trade operatives. You will be responsible for diagnosing and carrying out maintenance and repairs in domestic, tenanted properties, plus supported housing schemes and empty properties.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy and hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
