Full job description

We are a small, family run distillery near Thixendale looking for an efficient and effective person to help with the smooth running of our rural businesses.

We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, flexible and enthusiastic person. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an office environment and supporting business owners and managers. Sage experience is essential.

In brief, tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Administrative support to both Directors
Booking of show stands and organising Temporary Event Notices
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Daily use of Microsoft Office applications
Ensure the smooth-running of all procedures
Entering orders and invoicing on Sage accounts system
Maintain relationships with existing customers and explore/develop new customer relationships.
Update Raisthorpe Manor website information and other platforms for online sales
Printing of bespoke labels for white label products
Any other duties as required

This is a full time position and due to our location, own transport is essential
