Full job description

Casa Dental is seeking an experienced Orthodontist, or a Dentist with a strong Special Interest in fixed orthodontics, to join our growing group on a sessional basis.

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, ready-made patient pipeline. We currently refer orthodontic cases out every month, and we want to bring that treatment in-house. From day one you'll have a steady flow of cases waiting, we anticipate 3–4 new starts per session, beginning with one day per month and scaling as demand grows. There's a clear pathway to add a second day at our Nottingham practice (Compton Acres Dental Practice acquired this month) as we begin marketing there too.

The role

Provide high-quality orthodontic treatment, with a focus on fixed appliances
Assess, diagnose and create personalised treatment plans for patients referred from within the group
Deliver outstanding patient care with clear communication throughout each case
Work alongside an experienced, supportive clinical and TCO team
Maintain high clinical standards and full GDC compliance

What we're looking for

GDC-registered Orthodontist, or GDP with demonstrable fixed-brace experience
Proven track record of fixed orthodontic treatment (essential)
Confident, patient-focused communicator who builds trust quickly
Collaborative, professional and comfortable in a multidisciplinary setting
Portfolio required
