Are you a highly motivated, super-organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you want a role where your work genuinely transforms the lives of students with Special Educational Needs?

We’re committed to delivering exceptional support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and we’re looking for an outstanding EHCP Administration Co-ordinator to help us do just that. This is a pivotal behind-the-scenes role—keeping processes running smoothly, deadlines on track, and communication flowing across teams.

What You’ll Do

Master the Diary: Keep our team of EHCP officers on track by co-ordinating busy schedules, meetings, reviews and key deadlines.
Own the Paperwork: Manage essential documents and ensure all processes comply with legal requirements.
Keep Data Spot-On: Maintain accurate SEN information across college systems so teaching teams always have what they need.
Support Consultations: Co-ordinate the administrative process for new starter consultations, liaising with schools, local authorities and internal teams.
Be the Friendly Face: Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
Stay Cool Under Pressure: Tackle a busy, ever-changing workload with confidence, problem-solving as you go.

What You’ll Bring

Proven administrative experience—ideally in education or SEN support.
Exceptional organisation and time management (you love a good checklist!).
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems.
Clear, confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
The ability to work with a wide range of people, from parents to professionals.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
