As a Contract Manager in our Justice and Immigration Facilities Management team, you'll lead the delivery of critical facilities management services within a secure custodial environment. You'll ensure services are safe, compliant, efficient and focused on creating positive outcomes for our customers, colleagues and communities.

What you'll do as a Contract Manager

Lead and deliver contracted facilities management services, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, financially controlled and operationally effective.

Manage performance against contractual service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual objectives.

Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, creating headroom for people to grow through coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Oversee statutory compliance, audit readiness, asset management programmes and planned preventative maintenance activities.

Manage budgets, control costs and identify opportunities to improve value, efficiency and service performance.

Build strong relationships with clients, authority representatives, contractors and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
Does this sound like you?

Experience managing facilities management or building services operations within a complex or regulated environment.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety requirements, environmental standards and contractor management.

Experience leading teams and creating a culture of accountability, care, pride and high performance.

Commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control and financial reporting.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions in a demanding operational environment.
