JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about digital marketing and creating engaging customer experiences? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We have a vacancy for a Digital and CRM Marketer to join our Marketing team. You will support the delivery of digital marketing activity across our websites, app, CRM channels and paid media campaigns, helping to drive customer engagement and business performance. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects across a fastâpaced environment.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

Supporting the management and optimisation of the Genting websites, including Resorts World Birmingham.
Creating, publishing and maintaining engaging digital content across websites, the My Genting App and other digital platforms.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure content and messaging remain consistent across all digital and CRM channels.
Assisting with the delivery, monitoring and reporting of digital marketing and CRM campaigns.
Managing website updates, audits and content maintenance to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
Supporting the creation of customer journeys, app campaigns, email campaigns and A/B testing activity.
Using campaign, website and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Creating digital project briefs and coordinating activity to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and accurately.
Supporting social media activity and content across casino channels where required.
Demonstrating strong copywriting, communication and content creation skills.
Working with CMS, CRM and digital marketing platforms, with knowledge of Google products and Microsoft Office applications desirable.
Managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid
