Be the face of a practice you’ll be proud to represent!

We’re a modern, beautifully designed dental practice in Huntingdon, part of the Cambridgeshire Dental Group, and we’ve been proudly serving our community since opening in January.

Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for warm, organised, and positive individuals to join our expanding front desk team.

This isn’t just a receptionist role — it’s your chance to set the tone for every patient’s journey with us, while developing real administrative and operational skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

A mix of front-of-house, patient support, and admin tasks — no two days are ever the same!

Greeting patients with a friendly, professional approach
Managing the appointment diary and working closely with clinicians
Answering calls and emails confidently and empathetically
Handling payments, deposits, and finance queries
Tracking outstanding treatment plans and following up with patients
Supporting recalls and helping patients continue their care
Running daily reports (including debtors and scheduling stats)
Updating patient records on SOE/Exact
Supporting compliance admin and keeping records accurate
Keeping the reception area welcoming, tidy, and stocked

This Role Would Suit Someone Who:

Is friendly, approachable, and proud to be the first point of contact
Has a proactive attitude and enjoys keeping things running smoothly
Likes a balance of face-to-face interaction and admin responsibility
Thrives in a busy, upbeat team environment
Wants to build a long-term career in dental, healthcare, or business admin
Is confident using systems, managing time, and solving problems
Ideally has dental or medical admin experience — but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most
