We are a leading specialist legal firm dealing with motoring offences and are looking for an exceptional First Responderto join our growing team. This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking expert legal assistance.

About the Role

As a First Responder, you will play a crucial role in our client journey, speaking with prospective clients, understanding their circumstances, and providing reassurance and guidance before introducing them to the appropriate legal specialists.

This is a busy, rewarding role that requires confidence, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to inbound enquiries from potential clients.
Conducting initial conversations to understand client circumstances.
Explaining our services and fee structure clearly and professionally.
Building trust and confidence with prospective clients.
Managing client information accurately within our systems.
Working closely with solicitors and legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a First Responder, client intake, sales, customer service, or similar front-line role.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Confidence speaking with potential clients over the telephone.
The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Legal knowledge or experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
