Fabricator (Plastics Workshop)

Nailsea, Bristol BS48 1JJ

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn specialist skills, within a supportive team, whilst enjoying the excellent work/life balance offered with our 4-day working week? Experineced ? Great! Aternatively are you good with your hands and want to learn new skills?

At Marcol Plastics, we’ve been creating bespoke and industrial plastic fabrications since 1990. We’re proud of our reputation for quality and, as part of a larger plastics-focused group, we’re growing and looking for new people to join our workshop team.

What You’ll Do

Use and look after workshop tools and equipment (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
Work closely with the team to deliver quality products for our clients.
Inspect finished pieces to make sure they meet our high standards.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiasm for practical, hands-on work and learning new skills.
A good eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
The ability to read drawings and dimensions accurately.
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow guidance.
Comfortable using hand tools or machinery (training provided).
Any background in machining, fabrication, or manufacturing is helpful, but not required.
