Full job description

Enterprise Building Products supply a range of uPVC building products to both trade and DIY. Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for a Trade Counter Assistant / Driver at our Chelsmley Wood (B37 7uX).

This is a very much hands on and physical role and has excellent potential to lead to future management roles. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate, but you must have a full clean UK driving licence and above all, have a passion and hunger for success.

Duties include:-

Serving on trade counter

Stock checks in the warehouse

Receiving goods in

Housekeeping in the warehouse

Carrying out deliveries

Loading / unloading of vehicles

Taking telephone orders

Liaising with customers / suppliers

Preparation of goods before dispatch.

Summary

As a Warehouse Operative on the day Shift, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. A valid driving licence is required to assist with transportation tasks. Your core skills in inventory management and safety protocols, along with relevant experience in material handling, will be vital in supporting our logistics team and meeting our operational goals.
