Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. We’re looking for a people-first Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Your duties will include:

Welcoming guests with a warm, professional manner
Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
Answering phone calls and responding to emails and guest inquiries
Processing payments and managing daily transactions
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate guest records and supporting hotel administration tasks
Assisting with general guest service and ensuring the lobby/reception area is always presentable

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel reception or hospitality environment is required
Guestline Required
Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and billing processes
