Location: Cheltenham

Hours: Flexible part-time contracts available (including 20 hours per week)

Pay: £13.70 - £14.20 per hour

Driving Required: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

This role may be suitable for candidates looking for additional work alongside existing employment, studies or other commitments.

About this role

As a Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Your role will include:

Supporting with personal care and daily routines.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with meals and medication prompts.
Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
Building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Bishop's Cleeve, Woodmancote, Leckhampton, Charlton Kings, Prestbury, Noverton, Cheltenham East, Fairview, Pittville, Albion St, Cheltenham West, Hatherley, Bournside, Up Hatherley, Cheltenham Central, The Park, Tivoli, St. Pauls.

Pay Structure

Weekdays: £13.70 per hour
Weekends: £14.20 per hour
Bank Holidays: £20.55 per hour

Work Patterns

We offer flexible patterns including:

Morning: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Evening: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Flexible shifts available (mornings, evenings, weekends)
Optional waking or sleeping night shifts available
