Receptionist & Studio Administrator — Rex Studios

About Us

Rex Studios is a London-based production company specialising in live stream video, short-form content, and visual media. We are a young, dynamic, and multicultural team working with some of the world's leading brands, including L'Oréal and Unilever. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist & Studio Administrator to be the welcoming face of our studio.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role sitting at the heart of our studio operations. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, talent, and visitors, whilst also providing essential administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and talent arriving at the studio in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate team members
Coordinate studio bookings, meeting rooms, and day-to-day scheduling
Support the production team with administrative tasks including filing, invoicing, and document management
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Keep reception and communal studio areas tidy and presentable at all times
Assist with onboarding of new team members and visitors
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by management

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-of-house role
Warm, professional, and personable manner with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy, fast-moving environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
An interest in media, content creation, or the production industry is a bonus
Social media savvy and an active user of short-form video platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
