Temporary Compliance Administrator

Location: Hybrid - Chesterfield

Contract: Temporary (3 months)

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment and People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced people function.

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance standards, reviewing candidate documentation, analysing recruitment data, and ensuring all employment checks are completed accurately and in line with company and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate candidate compliance documentation.
Analyse recruitment and compliance data, identifying discrepancies and trends.
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records across internal systems.
Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance queries.
Produce reports and assist with data audits where required.
Ensure compliance processes are followed consistently and confidentially.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience within HR, recruitment or compliance administration.
Knowledge of UK Right to Work legislation and pre-employment checks.
Experience working with HR or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience handling confidential information in line with GDPR.
