Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator and Sales professional to join our team for our new business. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to the success of our organisation.

Duties

Manage and maintain customer records using CRM software and Sage
Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Handle sales administration tasks including processing orders, invoicing, and follow-ups
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via email or phone
Organise appointments, meetings, and coordinate schedules using Microsoft Outlook
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional activities
Ensure the office remains organised and well-maintained at all times

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting systems
Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good IT skills including computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
Strong organisational skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
