Day to day you will:

Act as a senior escalation point, resolving complex L2 issues across laptops, VDIs, servers, and enterprise platforms in a hybrid environment.
Support and improve endpoint management, on-prem and cloud-integrated services, using tools including M365, Intune, PowerShell, and Atlassian platforms.
Deliver complex system and infrastructure changes, contribute to root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers through technical leadership and documentation.

Have proven L2 enterprise IT support experience with strong troubleshooting across Windows Server, networking, VDI, and identity services.
Are confident working with M365, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise engineering tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and enjoy raising standards through mentorship and continuous improvement.
