Key Responsibilities

Prepare and administer permits to work and contractor HS documentation, escalating any missing or concerning information to the Operations Support Supervisor.
Support the Operations Support Supervisor with rooms OOO/OOS reporting, room status information, and room allocation changes connected to maintenance works
Support coordination of room access for PPM, inspections, portable appliance testing, showerhead cleaning, pest control and other planned activity.
Complete monthly expense reports for the Hotel Manager, General Manager and Director of Engineering, escalating any sensitive or confidential matters to the Operations Support Supervisor.

Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
