Parent & Toddler Gymnastics Coach (Monday–Friday, 10:00am–3:00pm)Job Overview

Do you have lots of energy, love working with young children, and enjoy making a real difference during those important early years?

The Gymnastics Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Parent & Toddler Gymnastics Coach to lead our daytime sessions for children aged under 5 years, alongside their parents or carers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys singing, playing, storytelling and creating exciting, movement-based activities that help children develop confidence, coordination and a lifelong love of being active.

Working Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm, you'll become a key part of our friendly coaching team, delivering fun, high-energy classes in a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exciting and engaging parent and toddler gymnastics classes for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
Create imaginative, themed sessions that combine gymnastics, movement, music, games and sensory play.
Build positive relationships with parents and carers, helping them support their child's development.
Encourage children's confidence, balance, coordination, strength and social skills through play-based learning.
Ensure all activities are delivered safely and in line with company procedures.
Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming coaching environment.
Monitor children's progress and celebrate their achievements.
Create a fun, energetic atmosphere where every family feels welcome.

What We're Looking For

A naturally energetic, enthusiastic and positive personality.
A genuine passion for working with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Confidence leading groups and engaging both children and adults.
Reliable, organised and able to work independently during daytime hours.
Previous experience working with young children, early years, childcare, teaching, dance, gymnastics or sports coaching is desirable but not essential.
A willingness to complete relevant training and safeguarding qualifications.
