What Glotech Repairs is all about:

We are one of the leading repair agents in our industry and we’re great at what we do. As a family-run business operating for over 40 years we do this by recruiting and keeping great talent. We look after our people who, in turn, look after our customers.

Our business is repairing domestic white goods appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. Alongside this, we also provide new appliance sales, offering suitable replacements where repairs may not be viable. This role will focus primarily on driving those sales, working closely with customers to identify the right solutions while still supporting our overall repair-led service.

Are you a confident, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team and play a key role in driving appliance sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Full training will be provided by our sales and customer service team.

What you’ll get up to as a Sales and Customer Service Executive:

The role will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire office working Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute lunch break each day). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Handling inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries from customers with a strong focus on converting leads into sales
Proactively upselling appliances, services, and value-added solutions to new and existing customers
Building strong relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
Using portals and internal systems to manage and progress sales and repair leads effectively
Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products and negotiate where needed
Scheduling engineer and installation visits while maximising efficiency and customer satisfaction
Analysing customer feedback and trends to help identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement
