SITE SUPERVISOR – HARD & SOFT LANDSCAPING

Full-Time | Permanent Position | Immediate Start

Join a growing landscaping company delivering premium outdoor spaces.We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team.

We specialise in high-end residential landscaping and construction projects, delivering everything from premium patios and driveways to bespoke pergolas, outdoor kitchens and complete garden transformations.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for supervising landscaping and construction projects from start to finish while working alongside your team to deliver exceptional workmanship. You'll organise daily site operations, manage staff, liaise professionally with clients, maintain excellent health and safety standards, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, leadership and excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 5 years' experience within the landscaping or construction industry

* Previous experience supervising or leading site teams

* Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to organise work and lead by example

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Access to your own vehicle

* Right to work in the UK

* Portfolio of previous work (photos/videos required)

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

* NPORS or CPCS Plant Operator Certification

* City & Guilds Excavator Qualification

* CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Applicants should have experience in as many of the following as possible:

* Bricklaying

* Porcelain paving

* Natural stone paving

* Block paving

* Decking

* Pergola installation

* Outdoor kitchens

* Fencing

* Garden and retaining walls

* Driveways

* Artificial grass

* Turfing

* Resin-bound installations

* Grouting and pointing

* Drainage installation

* Excavation and dig-outs

* Demolition works

* Concrete foundations and sub-bases

* Bespoke outdoor features including swimming pools, hot tubs and garden buildings
