Trainee Events Assistant

Location: Liverpool
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday with optional weekend opportunities

Liverpool is known for its vibrant culture, live experiences, and thriving events scene—and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Events Assistants.

Whether you're a recent graduate, have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or simply enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced events environment while developing valuable professional skills.

No previous events experience is required. Full training is provided.

The Opportunity

As a Trainee Events Assistant, you'll play an active role in supporting promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and live events.

This is a people-focused position that offers exposure to event coordination, customer interaction, brand representation, and campaign delivery. You'll gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the delivery of promotional events and campaigns
Assisting with event setup and coordination
Engaging with customers and creating positive experiences
Representing brands professionally and confidently
Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
Working closely with colleagues to ensure successful event execution
Contributing to team objectives and campaign goals
