What Youll Be Doing

Develop a Specialist Market
Build and grow your own Data Centre recruitment desk across Europe, developing expertise within one of the fastest-growing infrastructure sectors globally.

Deliver Technical Talent
Identify, engage and place highly skilled engineering and technical professionals across contract recruitment assignments throughout the Data Centre project lifecycle.

Advanced Talent Attraction
Utilise sophisticated sourcing strategies including Boolean searching, headhunting, talent intelligence and detailed market mapping to engage niche technical talent.

Build Long-Term Talent Networks
Develop lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals, creating high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring demand.

Client Partnership Development
Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients through consultative engagement, regular communication and face-to-face meetings.

Consultative Recruitment
Understand clients technical, commercial and project requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that add long-term value.

Desk & Pipeline Management
Manage multiple live vacancies, candidate pipelines and client relationships within a fast-paced contract recruitment environment.

Market Development
Contribute to the growth of NES Fircrofts dedicated Data Centre capability by identifying new opportunities, sharing market intelligence and supporting strategic business growth.

What Were Looking For

Recruitment Experience
Experience delivering contract or permanent recruitment within technical, engineering, infrastructure or related markets.

Market Curiosity
Previous experience recruiting within Data Centres is advantageous but not essential. Experience across Energy, Engineering, Construction, Renewables, Power or Technology is equally welcome.

Business Development Mindset
Confident developing new client relationships while growing existing accounts through a consultative approach.

Advanced Sourcing Skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and engage specialist talent through proactive search methodologies.

Commercial Awareness
Able to understand client challenges and provide recruitment solutions that support long-term business objectives.
