Full-Time Chef

Pay: National Minimum Wage (hourly rate)
Hours: Full Time

Service Times:

Breakfast Service: Tuesday – Sunday, 8:30am – 11:30am
Main Menu Service: Tuesday – Sunday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm

As we prepare to relaunch our business with a brand-new vision, we're building a fresh team of enthusiastic and dedicated people who want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning.

We are looking for an experienced Chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Everything we serve is made in-house using our own recipes, so a genuine passion for cooking from scratch and attention to detail are essential.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
Be confident preparing and cooking dishes using fresh ingredients.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude.
Be willing to contribute ideas and help shape our new chapter as a business.
Be flexible to work both restaurant service and special events.
