Job Summary
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar Staff member and become the heart of the social experience! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and create a welcoming environment
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity, including processing payments accurately
Restock supplies regularly to ensure the bar is well-equipped for busy periods
Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth operation during high-volume times

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality settings, is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage regulations
Basic understanding of brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment
