Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance and Administration Manager to Manage the financial affairs of the Golf Club/Company in liaison with The Finance Director and Chairman.

This pivotal role involves overseeing financial management, ensuring accurate financial accounting, and providing leadership across the business. The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, manage accounts payable processes, and implement cost control measures to support the organization’s growth and sustainability. Join us to contribute your expertise in fostering a robust managerial process that empowers decision-making and operational excellence.

Duties

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee all financial accounting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Manage financial services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic planning.
Supervise accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Implement effective cost control initiatives to optimize resource allocation and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Provide strong leadership to finance and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial plans, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions for sustained fiscal health.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial management with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
Demonstrated expertise in financial services such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes, cost control strategies, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
