The George Hotel is situated on just off. It is a 43-bedroom hotel offering comfortable accommodation, a traditional bar and lounge, and a popular Bistro restaurant. Renowned for its friendly staff and warm atmosphere, the hotel prides itself on delivering excellent guest experiences.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The George Hotel in Norwich. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, contributing to our welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms as needed.
Follow safety and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Assist with laundry duties when required.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained.
Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial hotel cleaning.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
