Goods Out Operative – Immediate Start

Plant-ex Ingredients – Avonmouth Pay: £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Quick Overview

Hours: Monday to Thusrday 11:30am – 8pm, Friday’s 9:30am – 6pm
Location: In person (Avonmouth)
Environment: Light, quiet, and clean warehouse with a friendly team.

What You’ll Be Doing

The primary purpose of this role is to accurately prepare and dispatch customer orders in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

Working within the Goods Out team you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching a wide range of natural food ingredients while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, traceability, and customer service.

Using handheld barcode scanners and warehouse systems, you will accurately select products, verify order details, and prepare goods for dispatch to customers across the UK and internationally.

A Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or previous warehouse experience would be advantageous; however, training and development opportunities are available for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate

We offer full training! We are looking for driven, physically fit individuals who want to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift 25kg comfortably.
Skills: Basic reading, writing (for batch numbers), and basic IT skills (emails).
Attributes: High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred: Counterbalance FLT license is a plus, but not essential.
Requirement: Must have the right to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship available).
