Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic F&B (Food & Beverage) Area Manager to lead our operations across Scotland. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple venues, drive exceptional customer experiences, and foster a motivated team. As the leader of our F&B division in this vibrant region, you will champion operational excellence, uphold high standards of service, and inspire your team to achieve their best every day. Your leadership will directly influence the success and reputation of our brand in Scotland’s bustling hospitality landscape.

Duties

Lead and manage multiple F&B outlets across the region, ensuring seamless daily operations and consistent delivery of outstanding guest experiences
Supervise and support venue managers and team members, promoting a positive work environment focused on teamwork, development, and high performance
Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Monitor service quality standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Drive sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives, menu improvements, and exceptional service standards
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training opportunities to foster leadership skills within your team
Collaborate with head office stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to meet regional goals

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, demonstrating strong management capabilities
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and cultivate a collaborative work environment
Experience managing multiple venues or locations simultaneously is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to food service operations
A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences and driving team success
