About ConservatoryLand

ConservatoryLand is one of the UK's leading conservatory manufacturers, supplying customers throughout England and Wales.

Our customers contact us because they are actively considering improving their homes. You'll be dealing with qualified enquiries from customers who have already expressed an interest in our products, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best, building trust and converting enquiries into sales.

Our average order value is around £15,000, but can be anything upto £50,000, we give excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Every customer is different.

Some will be ready to buy immediately.

Others will need advice, reassurance and regular follow up before making a decision.

Success in this role comes from recognising the difference and managing your pipeline professionally.

You'll communicate with customers by telephone, email, video call and within our showroom, providing advice, preparing quotations and helping customers choose the right solution for their home.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records within our CRM, ensuring every opportunity receives the professional follow up it deserves.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy sales.

You'll be someone who:

Loves building rapport and earning customers' trust.
Is naturally curious and asks great questions.
Understands how to sell value rather than relying on discounts.
Is highly organised and follows up opportunities consistently.
Can manage both customers who want to buy today and those who need nurturing over weeks or months.
Thrives on achieving and exceeding targets.
Wants to maximise their earnings through uncapped commission.
Enjoys working within a professional, high performing sales team.
Is comfortable using technology and willing to embrace new systems.

Previous direct sales experience is essential.
