Summary

We are seeking a skilled, qualified Painter & Decorator to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality finishes of various properties. Your expertise will contribute significantly to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and priming as necessary.
Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces with precision.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role in property maintenance.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and van is essential. We are not serviced by public transport.
You must have your own transport - mileage will be paid.

This job may transfer to a permanent role based on performance, quality and being a great member of the team.

Job Type: Temp to perm

Pay: £14.32-£21.18 per hour
