Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team? The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Food Service Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage department. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership career in a fast-paced, world-class hotel environment.

The F&B Supervisor position is contracted to 40 hours per week.

About the Glasgow Marriott Hotel

The recently refurbished hotel is a modern, stylish space in the heart of the city—steps from top attractions like the OVO Hydro, Hampden Park, and the University of Glasgow. Be part of our vibrant team and contribute to a fresh chapter in our hotel’s story.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across our restaurant and bar
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
Train and develop new and existing staff
Manage shift handovers and daily reports
Ensure safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
Cover Person on Duty shifts as required

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive leader with experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food service, or tourism.

You’ll thrive if you’re:

Passionate about delivering outstanding service
A strong communicator and motivator
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Knowledgeable in drinks service (cocktails, spirits, wines)
A holder of a Personal Licence (desirable)
