About us

We are a family-run business specialising in socks, and we own the brands Roy’s Boys and Almond Rocks. Roy's Boys is a character clothing and gifting brand, which launched in 2014. We started out selling only socks, but have since ventured out into new product areas such as nightwear, swimwear and daywear. Our focus is on bringing product quality, giftability and sustainability to the fun world of character. Almond Rocks is our personalised printed sock brand; think your face or pet on socks.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive to join our small team here in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

As a small team, being able to use initiative and being driven to find solutions without direction is a desirable skill, and fitting in with the team to bring the collective best out of everyone is important.

Duties

Our relatively flat management structure means you will have direct input into key decisions across our brands, being able to have a real impact on the plans and growth of our brands going forward.

Your main duties will include;

Planning, creating and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Ad management across TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimising for conversion whilst working to planned budgets.
Managing our social media channels, our website and email campaigns, creating content that promotes the brand and engages well with our customers. Optimise content using keywords, following search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI optimisation.
Add new products to our website, ensuring SEO is up to date and all relevant information is filled in accurately.
Manage and maintain relationships with influencers that we are working with.

A successful candidate will be able to show experience in the following:

Planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Social media management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
