Care Assistant - E Care Community

Salary: £13.75 - 14.70 (Plus paid travel time)

Contract: Part time (Friday - Sunday to meet a minimum of 16 hours per week)

PLEASE NOTE; You are required to have a full UK driving license and access to your own car for this position.

Areas: North Essex – Colchester, Clacton, Harwich & surrounding areas

About the role

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes with:

Personal care and daily living activities
Companionship and building meaningful relationships
Meal preparation
Medication support
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Collaborating with muti-disciplinary teams such as GP's, district nurses and pharmacies to maintain and meet client's care needs

You’ll make a genuine difference every day by helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Shift Patterns

Day shifts: 7am–3pm
Evening shifts: 4pm–11pm
Every weekend required

Pay rates

£13.75 weekend daytime
£14.70 weekend evening

What We’re Looking For

Kind, reliable, and compassionate people
Good communication skills
No experience necessary – full training provided
Full UK driving licence and own car with business insurance
Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts
