Full job description

We are seeking full-time and part-time team members to join our friendly and growing team.

At Stone Fired, we offer authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, freshly prepared pasta, and a range of delicious starters, sides, and desserts for takeaway and delivery. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients and delivering outstanding food and customer service. We are passionate about quality, innovation, and creating a positive experience for every customer.

This is a varied role that combines front-of-house customer service with kitchen support duties. As a member of our team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and welcoming customers into the store
Taking customer orders accurately in person and over the telephone
Processing payments and handling customer enquiries
Ensuring orders are prepared, checked, and dispatched accurately
Operating the fryer and preparing a variety of sides and starter items in accordance with company procedures
Assisting with food preparation and kitchen support duties when required
Carrying out kitchen porter (KP) duties, including washing up, cleaning equipment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general housekeeping duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous hospitality, takeaway, kitchen, fryer, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

Pay: Competitive rates dependent on experience.
