Appointment Setter / Telesales (Warm Outbound) – Office Based (Church Crookham)
£13 per hour | Park-time | Monday–Friday (9am to 2pm)

Downlight Electrical is a fast-growing family-run electrical contractor with a renewables team specialising in electric car charger installations and solar & battery storage solutions. We’re hiring a strong outbound appointment setter who can qualify, handle objections, and book attended appointments. All our leads are warm, no cold calling required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making high-volume outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads
Qualifying prospects (decision maker, timeframe, motivation)
Handling objections
Booking qualified appointments for our ev consultant or manager
Updating the CRM and job management software accurately with outcomes and notes
Working to daily/weekly call and appointment targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven outbound telesales / appointment setting experience
Confident objection handling and ability to close for the appointment
Comfortable being measured on KPIs
Reliable, consistent work ethic
CRM experience preferred
Fluent English (spoken and written) with a confident phone manner

Pay, Hours & Location

£13 per hour (no commission)
25 hours/week (9am to 2pm, Mon–Fri)
Office-based in Fleet

Pay: £13.00 per hour
