Location: Manchester Arndale – M4-3AQ

We’re an experienced team launching a brand-new Greek Gyro spot in a prime location – the Manchester Arndale food court.

We’re not just here to serve food.
We’re here to make lunch feel like a win.

We’re at the start of building something — and as a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring standards are met.

We’re looking for individuals who will “go all in” on creating a great experience for our customers and our team. We have fast expansion plans so there is a great opportunity here for those who want to grow.

We’re looking for someone who will:

The Role:

As a Crew Member, you’ll be right at the heart of it.

You’ll move between front and back of house — taking orders, serving customers, prepping food, and keeping things running smoothly.

No two shifts are the same, but the goal always is:
Great food, done properly, with good energy behind it.

You don’t need loads of experience — just the right attitude. We’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll be doing:

Looking After Customers

Welcome people with a relaxed, upbeat approach
Keep things friendly, fast and easy
Make small moments count — a quick chat, a bit of help, a better experience than expected

Serving Great Food

Prepare gyros, sides and ingredients with full training provided
Make sure everything leaving the kitchen is done to company standard
Work at pace without cutting corners

Keeping Standards High

Keep front and back of house clean, organised and ready to go
Follow food safety and hygiene standards properly — no shortcuts
Stay on top of what’s happening around you and step in when needed

Working as a Team

Communicate clearly with your team during service
Stay calm during busy moments — we go all in when it gets hectic
Help create a shift where everyone’s on it and backing each other
