Booking Office Assistant

Norfolk Broads Direct; a marina proud of ‘Setting the Hire Standard’ located in Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads has an opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and dependable Booking Office Assistant to join our Office team for the 2026 season with the aim of creating premier Broads experiences and timeless memories.

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills along with the ability to work with a high level of initiative, prioritising a wide range of tasks. You will be adaptable, working flexibly to changing workloads and organisation challenges. You will be required to answer incoming calls / enquiries that cover all aspects of the business along with working in our reception on turn around days to welcome our day charter, hire charter, passenger fleet and cottage accommodation customers.

Duties would involve:

- You will act as the first point of call for all guests entering the business.

- Assist in general office duties, answering incoming calls, dealing with enquires, along with monitoring mail box.

- Provide an efficient welcome to our guests in our reception.

- Carry out any other reasonable management request to ensure the efficient running of the customer based organisation.

Skills and Attributes of the ideal candidates:

- Cheerful attitude to work and ability to get on well with other team members.

- You will be personable and professional

- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Have an outgoing personality with good communication skills

- You must be reliable and well organised

- Have previous reception experience

Working hours:

Days of work include weekends .
