Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member and become the welcoming face of our bustling hospitality venue! Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they walk in
Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when appropriate, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team and maintain smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly and adhering to hygiene protocols
Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with skill and care

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with catering, serving, or food preparation processes enhances your ability to excel in this role
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating proficiency in preparing quality coffee and beverages
Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures safe handling of food and drinks at all times
Strong communication skills enable you to connect effectively with guests and team members
A proactive attitude combined with a friendly demeanor helps create an inviting atmosphere for all visitors
